We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Crazy Cajun Boutique, so we offer no hassle, easy returns! All returns and cancellations will be for store credit only. Local returns may be dropped off at our warehouse during pickup hours. Carefully read our return policy below before proceeding with your return.

Please Email our team at Crazycajunboutiquehelp@gmail.com to get a return authorization number. You will need to put your return authorization number on your package or it will not be accepted. Once we receive it, you will get an in-store credit towards new clothing. All returned items will be credited to customers' accounts with an in-store credit only.

Return Policy

All return packages must be received within 7 days of the date of original purchase.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.
Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not offer refunds to your card.
Shipping is non-refundable
Return labels will be provided via our returns portal linked above.
Return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount. .
Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items.

You cannot return if:

It has been more than 7 days since the original purchase date.
If your purchase was on sale or was a doorbuster.
If your purchase was an accessory or jewelry item.
If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
If the original tags are not attached.
PLEASE NOTE: If returning shoes please ensure they are returned in the shoe box they came in. The shoe box itself can not be used as the shipping container. Please wrap or package the shoe box in a mailer/box to protect it from damage during the shipping process.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESSING:

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days from when they are received at our warehouse.
